No Kay Never (IRE) wins handily at first asking

No Kay Never outran males in her May 30 career debut at Horseshoe Indianapolis, winning the
five-furlong turf maiden special weight race for 2-year-olds by a widening four lengths.
The gray/roan filly, purchased by Ben McElroy on behalf of Stonestreet Stables LLC at the 2021
Goff’s Yearling sale for 160,000 Euros, had the lead virtually the entire trip. She got some
pressure in the early stage, but shook clear in upper stretch and came home unthreatened in
the final furlong.
By No Nay Never (IRE) and out of Sutton Veny (IRE), the winner is trained by Wesley Ward and
is a half-sister to multiple graded stakes winner True Valour (IRE).
